Obarenoi: a part of Armenia lying beside the Kyros river, which runs parallel to the Euphrates. Kouadratos too mentions them in book six of his Parthika: ‘Beside the Kyros river dwell the Obarenoi and Otenoi, who are a large part of Armenia.’
