Stephanos of Byzantium - Ethnika
Obarenoi: a part of Armenia situated beside the river Kyros, which runs parallel to the Euphrates. Quadratus also mentions them in book 6 of his Parthika: ‘By the river Kyros dwell the Obarenoi and the Otenoi, being a large part of Armenia’.
