Stephanos of Byzantium - Ethnika
Obarenoi: a part of Armenia situated beside the river Kyros, which runs parallel to the Euphrates. Quadratus too mentions them in book 6 of his Parthika: 'Beside the river Kyros dwell the Obarenoi and Otenoi, who are a large part of Armenia.'
