Siris: Siris, a city of Italy near Metapontion, and a river. It was also renamed 'Polieion', from Athena Polias in Ilion. The citizen 'Sirites', as 'Sybaris' 'Sybarites', the feminine 'Siritis'. And 'Sirinos'. There is also a Siris in Paeonia, whose ethnic from the genitive is Siriopaiones.
