Stratie: Stratia, barytone, an Arcadian city. Homer: "Rhipe and Stratie and windy Enispe". It is named from the daughter of Pheneos. The names must be accented barytone as a peculiarity. 'Stratia' has three meanings: the city and the body of the army, with the same spelling but a different accent; for the word denoting the body is oxytone, while that of the city is barytone. But the rank, 'strateia', is both with the diphthong and barytone. The ethnonym 'Stratieus' and 'Stratiates'.
