Stephanos of Byzantium - Ethnika
Stratonikeia: Stratonikeia, a city of the Macedonians near Caria. It is named from Stratonike the wife of Antiochus. The citizen 'Stratonikeus'. It was rebuilt by Hadrian and named Hadrianoupolis. There is also another small town near the Taurus.
