Ὠτηνή, μοῖρα Ἀρμενίας. Κουάδρατος ἐν Παρθικῶν τρίτῳ “ὁ δὲ τῆς Ἀρμενίας βασιλεὺς Πάκορος ἐν τούτῳ περὶ Ἀρτάξατα καὶ τὴν Ὠτηνὴν τῆς Ἀρμενίας διάγων”. τὸ ἐθνικὸν ὁ αὐτὸς ἐν τῷ δευτέρῳ “περὶ δὲ Κῦρον ποταμὸν Ὠβαρηνοί τε καὶ Ὠτηνοὶ νέμονται, μέγα μέρος Ἀρμενίας ὄντες”.

Otene: a district of Armenia. Quadratus in the third book of the Parthika: "and the king of Armenia, Pacorus, meanwhile passing his time around Artaxata and the Otene of Armenia". The ethnic, the same author in the second book: "and around the river Cyrus dwell the Obarenoi and the Otenoi, being a large part of Armenia".
