Olba, Olbeia, Olbya, Ollbia">Olbia: a city in Ligystike. Its inhabitant is called an Olbiopolites; also Olbianoi, as Asianoi. There is also near it a mountain called Olbianon. A city in Pontus. Of Bithynia, from the nymph Olbia. Of Pamphylia, as Philo says. Yet it is not of Pamphylia, but belongs to the land of the Solymi; and it is not called Olbia either, but Olba, and the citizens are Olbaioi, and Olbios and Olbia. Of Iberia. Of the Sardoi. Of Illyris. Of the Hellespont. Of Cilicia. One also says Olbenos and Olbiakos, and the feminine Olbiakē.
