Stephanos of Byzantium - Ethnika
Demetrias: a city of Thessaly, named after Demetrios who once ruled, who also razed the cities lying under Mount Pelion. It lies on the Pagasetic Gulf {midway between Euboia and Phokis}. a second Demetrias in Macedonia; a third in Persis, near Arbela. The ethnic is Demetrieus, as Aphrodisieus, Orthosieus.
