Sixth, of Italy by the Alps. Seventh of Scythia by the Phasis. Eighth of Karia. Ninth of Bithynia by the Pontos. There are also four islands called Diai. First, Naxos. Second, the one near Melos. Third, the one near Amorgos. Fourth, off Knossos of Crete. The ethnonym Dieus, and the feminine Dias, whence also Athenai Diades.
