Ἐρικοῦσσα, μία τῶν Αἰόλου νήσων, ἀπὸ τοῦ φυτοῦ καλουμένη, ὡς τὸ Φοινικοῦσσα. τὸ ἐθνικὸν Λιπαραῖοι ἐξ Ἐρικούσσης, καὶ πάλιν Λιπαραῖοι ἐκ Φοινικούσσης. πάντες γὰρ οἱ οἰκοῦντες Αἰόλου νήσους ἐκαλοῦντο κοινῶς μὲν Λιπαραῖοι, ἰδικῶς δὲ ἐξ ἑκάστης τοπικῶς, ὡς καὶ ἐν ἑτέροις δείξομεν τοῦτο φυλαττόμενον.
