Κάττουζα, πόλις Θρᾴκης, ἐν ᾗ κατῴκουν οἱ Πυγμαῖοι. οἱ οἰκήτορες Κάττουζοι. ὅθεν δὲ τὰς γεράνους ὁρμᾶν, τὸ χωρίον Ῥακώλην προσαγορεύεσθαι. ὑπὸ δὲ Καρῶν Τουσσύλοι ἐκαλοῦντο.
Kattouza: a city of Thrace, in which the Pygmies dwelt. The inhabitants are called Kattouzoi. And from the fact that the cranes set out from there, the place is said to be called Rakōlē. But by the Carians they were called Tussyloi.
