Kengkhreai: a city of the Troad, in which Homer spent time, learning about matters concerning the Trojans. A city and harbour of Corinth. Of Italy. The ethnonym is 'Kengkhreates'. Poseidon too is called 'Kengkhreios', after his son, the hero Kengkhria.
