Λόκοζος, πόλις Φρυγίας, ἣν ᾤκουν Θρᾷκες Λοκόζιοι. κατεκλύσθη δέ, ὡς Ξάνθος ὁ Λυδός, ὃς καὶ διὰ τοῦ « ξ » γράφει ἐν τόποις Λοκοξίτας τούτους καλῶν.
Lókozos: a city of Phrygia, inhabited by Thracians called the Lokózioi. It was inundated, according to Xanthos the Lydian, who also, writing with xi (ξ), in places calls them Lokoxítai.
